New Display at Cadence Coffee in Calgary

I just got back from a quick trip to Calgary, where I replaced my ‘Tree on Hat Creek’ display with some brand new original paintings of local scenes.

New to the feature wall at Cadence Coffee in Bowness, there are two paintings of the charismatic Muse restaurant in Kensington, a second original painting of a barn house in the Bowness neighbourhood, and one painting of the old Bowness School.

These paintings were started nearly a year ago (!), but were put on hold while West Coast scenes and a number of commissioned pieces were completed over the winter. I’m very pleased with the way they turned out (the Bowness School painting is a personal favourite of mine), and I hope that those of you in the Calgary area will stop by and see the paintings while enjoying some great coffee and breakfast food!
